How to choose your robot
- Pool < 8 m: A single or entry-level wireless bottom robot is all you need (Zodiac OP 32, Dolphin S100).
- Pools 8-12 m: Choose a wired (Dolphin S 400, Zodiac Freerider 5400iQ) or mid-range wireless bottom + side robot.
- Pool > 12 m or complex shape: opt for a top-of-the-range connected robot with intelligent navigation (Dolphin M 700, Dolphin Liberty 600).

An outdoor shower is an often underestimated amenity. It allows you to rinse off before entering the pool (reducing impurities) and after swimming (removing chlorine/salt).

FAQ : Your questions about pool automation
How much does full pool automation cost?
The budget varies according to the equipment chosen. For basic automation (water treatment + robot), expect to pay between CHF 3,000 and 5,000. For a fully connected pool (treatment + LED lighting + counter-current swimming + robot), the budget is between CHF 15,000 and 30,000, depending on the model. We’ll draw up a personalized quote based on your needs.
Can an existing pool be automated?
Yes, most equipment can be retrofitted. Bayrol systems, CCEI Mid-Brio projectors and robots can be adapted to any pool. For counter-current swimming, the Binder EasyStar model is specially designed for existing pools.
Do I need an Internet connection in the machine room?
To take advantage of remote control, yes. A stable WiFi connection to the equipment room is required. If this is not possible, the equipment operates in local mode (without smartphone remote control) via its integrated touch screens.
Are connected devices reliable?
Absolutely. The brands we install (Bayrol, Binder, CCEI, Polytropic) are European leaders with decades of experience. Connectivity is a plus, not a dependency: in the event of a WiFi failure, your equipment continues to operate autonomously.
Can you control everything from a single application?
Not yet natively. Each brand has its own application. However, for villas equipped with a home automation system (KNX, Loxone…), our equipment can be integrated via gateways. We work with local home automation specialists for these customized projects.
