1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) govern the conclusion, content and execution of the contracts entered into between Astro Piscines and its customers when selling products on the online store astro-piscines.ch/boutique
2. Conclusion of the contract and right of revocation
2.1 The presentation of the products by the Astro-piscines.ch online shop is considered an offer. The contract is validly concluded by ordering the product and sending the confirmation email.
2.2 The customer may revoke the order in writing (electronically or by post) within seven days. The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer.
2.3 Revocation is excluded if the goods are no longer packed in their original packaging or are no longer sealed.
3. Shipping, delivery of ordered products
3.1 Astro-piscines.ch only delivers the individual products while stocks last. Astro-piscines.ch is allowed to make partial deliveries.
3.2 In the event of extraordinary problems such as strikes, delivery failures, etc. Astro-piscines.ch can cancel the order. The customer is entitled to a refund of the price paid. All other claims by the latter, in particular claims for damages based on a delay in delivery, are excluded.
3.3 The products are delivered within Switzerland only.
3.4 Shipping is done according to your instructions from our different formulas. The delivery time by courier is about 4-5 days.

4. Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are mentioned separately on the invoice.
5. Terms of payment
The customer can pay either using a Postcard, credit card (Visa/Eurocard/Mastercard/Amex etc.), bank transfer and invoice.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 The customer acknowledges that Astro-piscines.ch does not check the goods before shipping.
6.2 At the buyer’s expense, consignments of choice will not be taken back until 8 days after receipt of the goods at the latest. When issuing credit notes for returned goods that have already been invoiced, the shipping costs will not be subsidized, unless it is our company’s fault.
6.3 For the duration of the warranty stipulated in the offer and/or on the delivery note, Astro-piscines.ch undertakes to repair the defects in the product free of charge or – if these cannot be eliminated – to replace the product with another of the same value. The customer is not entitled to a replacement product for the duration of the repair.
6.4 Astro-piscines.ch shall not be liable for any damage, in particular for damage resulting from improper installation, mishandling or improper use of the product. Any liability is also excluded for damages resulting from possible delays in delivery or attributable to the quality or loss of the data provided by the customer.
7. Receipt-Complaints
Our goods always travel at the risk of the recipient, who is obliged to check the delivery(s) and to inform the courier/carrier in writing immediately of any defects or malfunctions. In the event of a dispute during delivery by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the recipient to:
1) To note on the carrier’s delivery receipt the nature of the dispute found: missing package, broken package, wet package, etc., and in no case “subject to unpacking”.
2) To confirm to the CARRIER (and not to our Company), within three working days of delivery, the reservations made on the receipt, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. No statement against us will be admissible in the event of non-compliance with these two points.
8. Return of Material
The customer has a period of 8 days, from the date of receipt of the goods, for the return of equipment at his own expense.
In all cases, this return of equipment must:
– be accompanied by a delivery note
– be sent postage free
– be returned in its original packaging
9. Scope of delivery
Delivery times are based on the best estimate. Their information is non-binding. However, we make sure to maintain them as best we can. For reasons of force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control, we decline any right of replacement for supplies not made or delayed.
The delivery period begins as soon as the contract has been validly concluded and the customer has paid any payments and security due with the order.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 The delivered products remain in the property of Astro-piscines.ch until the full amount of the purchase has been paid.
10.2 Astro-piscines.ch may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.3 Should any of these provisions prove to be invalid or inoperative, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In this case, Swiss Post will replace the invalid or ineffective provision with another valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose pursued. The same applies in the event of a shortcoming.
10.4 These terms and conditions are drawn up in English and French. In the event of any contradiction, the French version shall prevail.
10.5 The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
10.6 Swiss law shall apply.
